We will only store personal submitted by you for a specific purpose, such as using our contact form to contact us. For one off enquiries, we will delete data no later than after 6 months.

Shop

Any data relating to shop transactions will be retained for 6 months and then deleted.

At no time will we have access to payment details such as bank account or card numbers. If you submit this information to us for a legitimate purpose (such as for a refund) we will delete it after use. If you send it to us unsolicited or in error we will delete it as soon as possible.

Videos

All videos are stored on Youtube and processed on this site via an embed link.

World Quiz Awards

We require your email address in order to verify that the email address is genuine, that it is yours, and that it was you who cast the vote in the WQA 2023. We will email you and ask you to confirm your vote. We will also contact you using that email address to remind you of the Awards Show. Within 6 months of votes closing for WQA 2023, all email votes and verification emails will be deleted.

All email addresses of subscribers to the All Things Quiz newsletter, are stored and processed in Mailchimp, and are only used for the distribution of the All Things Quiz newsletter. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of each newsletter. We will never share your email address with third parties.
